Article 1 General Provisions
This Agreement is a valid contract between you and Taiyuan Jubotong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) regarding the mobile game products and related services developed and operated by the Company. By downloading, installing, logging into or using this game product, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all game products and supporting services released by the Company on the Google Play platform. The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations, business adjustments and platform rules. The updated Agreement will be announced through in-game notices, official channels and other methods. Your continued use of the game shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Article 2 Scope of Services
The Company provides you with casual game entertainment services, including but not limited to game content experience, version updates, customer support and online events. The specific gameplay, features, items and event content in the game are subject to the actual operating version.
The Company reserves the right to adjust, update or terminate game content, features and rules according to operational needs, and relevant changes will be notified in advance through reasonable means.
Article 3 Account Usage Rules
This game supports guest mode and third-party account login. You shall properly keep your game account and corresponding device information. Any losses such as account loss or theft caused by your improper safekeeping shall be borne by yourself.
You may not transfer, lease, share or sell your game account to others.
You may not use the game to engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, public order and good morals or Google Play platform rules, including but not limited to using cheats, auxiliary scripts, cracking programs, maliciously brushing virtual items, exploiting system vulnerabilities for profit, and publishing illegal information.
If you commit the above violations, the Company has the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions and account bans according to the severity of the circumstances, and shall not bear any compensation or liability.
Article 4 Virtual Items and Paid Services
All virtual items in the game, including virtual currency, props, characters and benefits, are owned by the Company. You only have the right to use them within the scope of the game rules. Virtual items have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or traded.
All paid services in the game are completed through the Google Play official payment system. You must comply with Google Play’s payment rules and related terms.
After the payment order is completed, the Company does not provide active refund services except as expressly provided by laws, regulations and Google Play’s refund policy. If you need to apply for a refund due to misoperation or quality issues, please initiate it through the official Google Play channel.
The Company reserves the right to adjust the price, acquisition method and usage rules of virtual items according to operational needs, and will announce the adjustments through reasonable means in advance.
Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights
All content of this game, including but not limited to program code, art assets, music and sound effects, text content, trademark logos and gameplay design, is protected by copyright law, trademark law and relevant international treaties. The intellectual property rights belong to the Company.
Without the written authorization of the Company, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, crack, create derivative works or use the game for any commercial purposes.
Article 6 Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss or other losses caused by force majeure, network provider failures, equipment failures, hacker attacks, virus infections, platform policy adjustments or other reasons not attributable to the Company.
This game is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the applicability, stability or error-free nature of the game.
The game may contain third-party advertisements and redirect links. Disputes and losses arising from your use of third-party services shall be the responsibility of the third party, and the Company shall not bear joint liability.
Article 7 Protection of Minors
If you are a minor, please read this Agreement accompanied by your guardian and use the game service only with the consent of your guardian.
The Company strictly complies with the protection requirements for minors under relevant laws and regulations, does not induce minors to make payments, and cooperates with guardians in account management in accordance with the law.
